Ignited Minds is thrilled to announce we’ve been accepted as a charity partner with Rogers Birdies for Kids (BFK) presented by Altalink for this year’s Rogers Charity Classic, a PGA TOUR Champions event hosted in Calgary. As a charity partner, BFK will match ALL donations made to Ignited Minds Foundation up to 50% from now until August 31, 2026. To ensure your donation is matched, all you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- visit Ignited Minds Foundation’s page on the Rogers Charity Classic website, under the tab “Charity: Participating Charities.” The link is in our bio.
- Enter the amount you wish to donate along with your contact and credit card information.
- Click “Secure Payment,” and Birdies For Kids will match 50% of your donation before funnelling the funds to Ignited Minds Foundation.
For many young Albertans, affording therapeutic services to heal from trauma is a costly endeavour. Your donation, in combination with BFK will go a long way in helping us raise enough funds to launch our Therapy Subsidization Program in January 2027. This program will help Albertans aged 25 and younger access professional counselling and therapy services to navigate their healing journey and mental illness that often accompanies trauma, helping our beneficiaries live a mentally-fit and fulfilled life.
